im 19 and am a senior this year, have a job, still living with them. they dont like my boyfriend yet their opinions are based on rumors and have never spoke to him. how do i get them to realize that no matter what they say ill still be with him and ill still love him and that my being with him isnt going to ruin my life.

If your living under their roof you follow their rules. I'm nineteen and I live on my own and I still consider my Parents opinions and care about what they would think if I did this or that

Speak rationally to them as adults. Ask your grandparents to at least MEET him before they make any judgements. It's unfair to you and to him. Ask them to do it as a favor to you, if you have to resort to that! They probably think they have your best interests at heart. Then, if they agree, introduce them on neutral territory - go out for dessert and coffee one night. Make sure he brings your grandma flowers - that often scores points. Have him brush up on conversation topics that interest your granddad. (Grandpa a baseball fan? Make sure your BF can discuss grandpa' favorite team! Or does he fish? Get the fishy tales ready!)
If after this, they still don't get along, don't go nuts. Don't start screaming at them at that you love him and want to be with him forever. That won't get you anywhere! Tell them that where you respect their now informed opinion, it can't change yours, and you ask that they respect that. Make sure you don't break any rules they have otherwise. (Curfew, etc.) Then they'll find a way to blame him and it'll just get ugly.
Long story short - try not to get confrontational. I'm sure your grandparents mean well.

listen your grandparent have wisdom girl you will see this maybe not now but in a few years lol your right tho this is your journey in life although you are still livin with them so you cant avoid hearing there opions
