One of the best is www.whitepages.com. On there you can search for people using all or part of their name, location by state, city, zip code. Or you can do a reverse search by typing in their phone number and getting an address that way. They have to have a listed phone number for it to work. If they don't you can try Public-Records-Now.com. They aren't free like whitepages is but you might have better luck without a listed phone number.

Try typing this person's name on Google (also none as 'Googling someone'. It might provide some info as to where they live or work.
