I think they piss people off, because they have learned how to spell. Nothing infuriates a toothless redneck more, than a culture that values education.

Actually, they are not "prey" of Divine Justice, no can be, God always allows you chances to change your behavior BEFORE He acts at the END. God himself said that the Jews were a "stiff-necked people" and God himself wanted to wipe them out, but Moses softened him (Exodus 32:9) God also said that at times He felt like He was serving Israel and not them serving Him, because He had to keep begging them to come back to His worship. So, at many times, such as when they were captured by Babylon and taken into exile, it was only because God was literally at His end with them. And by that, I mean that Israel could do NO MORE BACKSLIDING, they literally were that corrupt. God was the last thing on their mind and He simply gave them up.
Yes, the Jews WERE Gods chosen people and they still are loved and watched by Him through His promise to Abraham. However, there is a new Spiritual Israelitie, that is, the True Christian. Jews have been savaged over time and should be admired for their resiliance and ability to survive, the hardships they've endured and its not over yet for them. I consider them to be a race of true heros, after all, we can all be a little stiff-necked at times.

It's everyone else. God doesn't hold grudges. The Jews that were responsible for Jesus' death and their decendants were for the most part wiped out when Rome destroyed Jerusalem. It's the false teachings of men that lead people to hate the Jews.
Nowadays, the Israel/ Palestinian conflict is a result of the Holocaust, and bad foreign policy. None of which have anything to do with God.

Anyone who believes in god, and follows a religion, has a mental illness.
Sometimes this mental illness acts out in attacks on other people.
Judaism is a religion that claims exclusivity as do all others. This is unfortunately a prescription for conflict.
However, Jews as a nation are separate from religion.
No one deserves persecution for his or her faith. And no one has the right to persecute others for it.
That said, I wish all of you religious nuts would go back to your churches, mosques or temples and let humanity alone to progress beyond your ignorant supserstitions.

I'd call it a miracle that they've survived over 2000 years of persecution, wouldn't you? Of all the ancient peoples, the Jews are the only ones left today.

The Jews are Gods chosen people and so the devil hates them and causes many to hate them also. God said in His word about the Jews, I will bless them that bless you and I will curse them that curse you.

The Jewish people will continue in this manner until the 2nd coming of Christ, They don't believe the mesiah came, and our stuck with no way to give sacrifice for their sins, but in the Bible, it says that many will come from the north to take them on, and eventually Jesus will come and help them.

Nothing is wrong with any group, as long as they accept that others will not believe the same things. Its ignorance that causes religious discrimination. I think the nazis proved that.
