I think you want the folklore section. This is religion and spiritality. Vampire isn't a religion.

I don't believe in vampires, but many cultures from around the globe have legends of creatures that seem to fall into this category. How one becomes a vampire can vary a bit.
Most common is the biting method. Some say simply being bitten by a vampire turns one into a vampire. Some say the vampire must drink from you to turn you. Still others say the vampire must drink from you (often til the point of death) and feed you his/her blood in return.
I've heard of folklore saying if one is the 7th son of a 7th son, one will eventually turn into a vampire. I've heard that the cause can be suicide, being buried at the crossroads, or having a cat jump over one's grave.

I tried to answer this just now, but you removed your question!
I'm afraid you can't. Although Paganism (such as Wicca and other spell-casting religions) and Vampyrism can be combined, they do not exist as one - you can not, for example, cast a spell to become a vampyre, not can you bite someone to become a witch.
There are two types of Vampyrism, and if you're a vampyre, you're born one. The first type is called psychic vapyrism, and this is where one believes that they need to 'feed' off of the energy of others, such as when in their presence. This is often likened to being an empath, where a person literally feels the emotions of others and sometimes feels that without those emotions they would not be whole. When spending large amounts of time solitarity, a psychic vampyre may become weak or feel physically, emotionally or mentally unwell.
The second type of vampyrism is called pranic vampyrism, and this is the kind the movies focus on - a person needing the blood of others to remain at full strength. There is debate amongst the vampyric community as to why this is - some believe that blood carries 'life energy' or just plain 'energy' which regenerates their spirit and body. Again, without blood they become weak, feel depressed or down, or become physically or mentally unwell.
There are certain diseases that can mimic the effects of vampyrism (such as an aversion to sunlight, a need for blood, larger incisors etc) such as porphyria, but these are rare and genetic. There are also various mental disorders and levels of schitzophrenia etc that may lead one to believe that they are a vampyre.

ha first off why do you wish to become one? Second off you cannot be turned into vampire by getting bit by one you have to be born as one. third vampire do not drink blood anymore its to gruesome and vampires klike to look good and not like primative baboons. you can become a psy-vampire wich is a half breed.to do so you will probably need a mentor to teach you. You could also find more about the vampire religion. yes vampirism is a religion u stupid oafs.

Easy. Drink the blood of a vampire. This makes you a half vampire. After your first kill, you will be a full vampire.

You can't just "become a vampire". There are plenty of sanguinarian groups out there you could look into, though, if the idea of vampirism fascinates you.

Depends on how you define vampire.
vam·pire
1. A reanimated corpse that is believed to rise from the grave at night to suck the blood of sleeping people.
2. A person, such as an extortionist, who preys upon others.
If it's #1, you're just out of luck, they're fiction. #2 is pretty self-explanatory I think.
