Of course! Just go to messenger.yahoo.com, you'll be directed automatically to UNIX version! Select the rpm package and using YAST install it! (YM doesn't work on 64-bit arhitecture!!!).
You probably won't like it (it's kind of old, nothing has changed to it, you can't send files, just some Smiles are available, doesn't support gif's and the list can go on..) I personally don't recommend it on UNIX. Instead SUSE comes with GAIM, a universal IM software (compatible wih MSN,YAHOO,AOL,ICQ,MIRC,GTALK...)!

no I think you can not do this. I had suse too. but. I know there are not a setup file for this verdion of linux. for more information you can go to http://www.yahoo.com and see it's messenger page. ( this page has no suse file format)
