Make it according to your taste: mayo, onions, celery, sweet or dill pickles, garlic salt, black pepper, whatever else you like in it, and make sure you add a generous splash of Worcestershire sauce. (My mother likes tuna salad with grapes in it. Sounds horrid to me, but she swears it's good.) Have it with crackers, like a dip (Triscuits are my favorite), or put a scoop of it on a bed of romaine lettuce with hardboiled egg wedges, sweet cherry tomatoes, avocado, whatever else you like in salad, with any oil and vinegar dressing.

my dear grandma which passed away taught me this simply recipe. All she did was sprinkle some oregano and some lemon and eat it with bread or breadsticks. mmmmhh, it is really simple but t tastes great. There is tuna and tuna, a good tuna has to be chunky, but not too soft. A really good tuna that resembles italian tuna is canned Starkist gourmet's chioce tuna filet in olive oil. Once you try it, believe me you will want it always and you will not miss those mushy, wimpy tunas in water.

I always like the classic with mayo, a bit of mustard or Dijon, celery and some pickles. You can jazz that up by adding some cubes of your favourite cheese.

If you want to really jazz things up you can make a vinaigrette out of 1-3 Tbsp of olive oil mixed in with 1-3 Tbsp of lemon juice [depending on how much oil you like and how much tanginess from the lemon you like] you can add some of your favourite herbs like salt, pepper, dill, cilantro or what have you, maybe even a bit of Dijon. Then for added flavor you can add some capers instead of pickles.

If you want a easy change just add some Italian dressing or some antipasto or even pesto.

I love tuna fish sandwiches. I usually add basil or oregano or some grated cheese. This will liven up the taste. And these are better for you than salt.

Chopped onion, baby sweetcorn (niblets) then mix some lemon juice in there. Add some salt and pepper to taste and serve on crusty white bread or in a jacket potato. You can add mayonnaise if you like. J

I found a new recipe where you add a can of white beans, parsley, lemon juice, olives, some cherry tomatoes, and arugula salad greens, and a vinegraitte salad dressing. Very different from usual tuna and tasty!
