My allergist tested me and the only thing that came up as an allergen was cat dander. I thought that only caused respitory symptoms but i have hives. Anyone have possibilities?

yes, some people are extremely allergic to cat dander.. some people even have asthma attackes from it, if this is happening to you see a doctor and put some benedryl ointment on the hive to reduce itchiness.

It's possible to have hives and not have a respiratory allergy to cats.

It can absolutely cause hives. Any allergen you come in contact with can cause them.
