I've got an answer for ya. The little covers on the corn kernals do not dijest ever. I had weight loss surgery and was told that I am not allowed to eat corn anymore because it will block the opening to my newly built stomach.

LOL! I do not think that corn is digestable. It will stay the same, that is why they say it is not as good a vegi as most to eat, because you do not digest it. Just what others have told me! Still LOL at the word "poopy"!

You know...a lot of the previous answers are exactly right.
For me, when I talk to people who have trouble taking pills, I point out exactly that...have you ever looked at your feces & noticed whole, intact corn? Well, that is b/c you swallow them without even chewing. Therefore, you should be able to get over your psychological problem with taking pills...! I'm not that abrupt, but it makes my point! LOL

Corn cannot be digested by your digestive system. Because it can't be digested the body passes it through your intestines in it's whole form.

I think I can answer that one for you. You don't chew your food enough. If food is chewed very thoroughly, you won't have whole pieces of anything in your poopy. I hope this helps.

Because it is undigestable fiber material. Goes in and out the same way. It's a seed, but its good for cleansing the insides that is for sure.

I stopped eating sweetcorn once i realised it doesn't digest, what's the point of eating it if it just goes straight through you?
