my ex just told me that the girl he said he likes he really doesnt he just told me that to get me mad.shoud i tell her.i hate her so bad, but i wouldnt want to hurt her feelings i think she has the right to know.

Okay this sounds like high school? Are you all about 15 years old or what? I mean come on. Grow up. It's a game of he said she said. He is just telling you this to make you jealous and it is working. You in turn are involving another party. You both need to straighten out your relationship and either go out together or break up.
