The Bible clearly tells us that Jesus will return to this earth someday.
Mat 24:27 For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.
Mat 24:28 Wherever the carcass is, there the vultures will gather.
Mat 24:29 "Immediately after the tribulation of those days: The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not shed its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the celestial powers will be shaken.
Mat 24:30 "Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the peoples of the earth will mourn; and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Mat 24:31 He will send out His angels with a loud trumpet, and they will gather His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.
1Th 4:14 Since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, in the same way God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep through Jesus.
1Th 4:15 For we say this to you by a revelation from the Lord: We who are still alive at the Lord's coming will certainly have no advantage over those who have fallen asleep.
1Th 4:16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the archangel's voice, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.
1Th 4:17 Then we who are still alive will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and so we will always be with the Lord.
Rev 1:1 The revelation of Jesus Christ that God gave Him to show His slaves what must quickly take place. He sent it and signified it through His angel to His slave John,
Rev 1:2 who testified to God's word and to the testimony about Jesus Christ, in all he saw.
Rev 1:3 Blessed is the one who reads and blessed are those who hear the words of this prophecy and keep what is written in it, because the time is near!
Rev 1:4 John: To the seven churches in the province of Asia. Grace and peace to you from the One who is, who was, and who is coming; from the seven spirits before His throne;
Rev 1:5 and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him who loves us and has set us free from our sins by His blood,
Rev 1:6 and made us a kingdom, priests to His God and Father--to Him be the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
Rev 1:7 Look! He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, including those who pierced Him. And all the families of the earth will mourn over Him. This is certain. Amen.
Rev 1:8 "I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "the One who is, who was, and who is coming, the Almighty."
Rev 21:1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea existed no longer.
Rev 21:2 I also saw the Holy City, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared like a bride adorned for her husband.
Rev 21:3 Then I heard a loud voice from the throne: Look! God's dwelling is with men, and He will live with them. They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them and be their God.
Rev 21:4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will exist no longer; grief, crying, and pain will exist no longer, because the previous things have passed away.
Rev 21:5 Then the One seated on the throne said, "Look! I am making everything new." He also said, "Write, because these words are faithful and true."
Rev 21:6 And He said to me, "It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give to the thirsty from the spring of living water as a gift.
Rev 21:7 The victor will inherit these things, and I will be his God, and he will be My son.
Rev 22:1 Then he showed me the river of living water, sparkling like crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb
Rev 22:2 down the middle of the broad street of the city. On both sides of the river was the tree of life bearing 12 kinds of fruit, producing its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree are for healing the nations,
Rev 22:3 and there will no longer be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and His servants will serve Him.
Rev 22:4 They will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads.
Rev 22:5 Night will no longer exist, and people will not need lamplight or sunlight, because the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign forever and ever.
Rev 22:6 Then he said to me, "These words are faithful and true. And the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, has sent His angel to show His servants what must quickly take place."
Rev 22:7 "Look, I am coming quickly! Blessed is the one who keeps the prophetic words of this book."
Rev 22:8 I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. When I heard and saw them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who had shown them to me.
Rev 22:9 But he said to me, "Don't do that! I am a fellow slave with you, your brothers the prophets, and those who keep the words of this book. Worship God."
Rev 22:10 He also said to me, "Don't seal the prophetic words of this book, because the time is near.
Rev 22:11 Let the unrighteous go on in unrighteousness; let the filthy go on being made filthy; let the righteous go on in righteousness; and let the holy go on being made holy."
Rev 22:12 "Look! I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me to repay each person according to what he has done.
Rev 22:13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.
Rev 22:14 "Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life and may enter the city by the gates.
Rev 22:15 Outside are the dogs, the sorcerers, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices lying.
Rev 22:16 "I, Jesus, have sent My angel to attest these things to you for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright Morning Star."
Rev 22:17 Both the Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" Anyone who hears should say, "Come!" And the one who is thirsty should come. Whoever desires should take the living water as a gift.
Rev 22:18 I testify to everyone who hears the prophetic words of this book: If anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book.
Rev 22:19 And if anyone takes away from the words of this prophetic book, God will take away his share of the tree of life and the holy city, written in this book.
Rev 22:20 He who testifies about these things says, "Yes, I am coming quickly." Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!
Rev 22:21 The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all the saints. Amen.

Oh, yeah, good. Love the visual: jesus walking down from the sky hand in hand with god, (and he will of course be white, long hair tall, and handsome, wearing a white robe, not short, black or ugly, nor deformed) holding the devil in the red suit, with a pointed tail, and having the pitchfork stuck in his chest, feathered angels fluttering all over,, and when they all reach the ground, the thunder and lighteneing happen, and everyone sinks into the ground, only to allow those who are good and pure of sole to rise, and flutter up to heaven to sit forever on a cloud..... yeah, right. And where is heaven??/ Somewhere in space? Yeah, sure,we've been there, and guess what,???? no god, no jesus, no nuttin' not even air.... You fundamentalist christians are unreal in the absolute exact sense of the word. Grow up kid, and put the fairy tales in the closet. Learn that you are responsible for yourself, and your mission in life is to leave this planet a bit better than you found it, not pray for yourself for your selfish wishes.....
