It has nothing to do with religion. People get criminally charged for intentionally infecting people with HIV. This "mum" with HIV obviously has some mental problems. This is not a religious issue, but a mental-health issue.

Contact the health department and the police if you care at all about your friend unless you made this story up for attention?

Call the police..Immediately, and get your friend removed from the household. It sounds like the mom might have Munchausen's Syndrome by Proxy (MSP) which is a parenting disorder where parents, usually the mother, fabricate symptoms in their children, thus subjecting the child to unnecessary medical tests and/or surgical procedures. Many mother's go so far as to give the child actual diseases to keep them going to the doctor.

Her mother is trying to infect her with HIV? Why in the world would she do that? That's terrible! Intentionally harming someone is definitely a sin.

Intentionally infecting anyone with HIV is criminal offence in most countries -- check out how to inform at the front desk of any hospital or the police station.

The only way to get HIV is blood or bodily( and you cannot get this from kissing) fluids. Why would she believe her Mom was trying to infect her? I think your friend and her Mom need a good mental health clinic! Something is off in this relationship.

I think it's a terrible thing to do to anyone. Especially a family member. If it was my choice it would be the eleventh commandment not to do any purposfull harm to others.
and it could turn into breaking of one of the worst sins. (murder)

This is classed as murder and is against the law. You should tell our friend to go straight to the police asap because it is not her mothers choice whether her offspring live or die!

CHILD ABUSE!!!!

Call Child Welfare ASAP. Aside from the fact that it's a sin, it can be considered premeditated murder or other crime.
