Why do women always suggest talking to the guy? That's the worst thing you can do. Absolutely. Trust me... talking will only backfire.
He sees you as a friend. If you want him to see you as a woman, invite him to look. As a woman you have a heart, a mind and a body, all of which can attract a man. If you want him to see, show him. Let him know there is a heart inside your breast, a mind behind your eyes and a body beneath your clothes. Let him see just how wonderful those things could be if you chose to share them with him. Let him know what you have to offer without actually offering.
Show him your heart. Your capacity to love. Your compassion, your courage, your strength.
Show him your mind. Your thoughts, your judgement, your ideas, hopes and dreams.
Show him your body. (That doesn't mean getting naked). There are parts of you that are specifically designed to attract a man's attention. That's what the word "attractive" means. Dress to enhance them, to accentuate, to draw his attention there.
Touch is a powerful tool. Touch the guy. Lay your hand on his shoulder when you say thank you. When you lean over to whisper something in his ear, let him feel your breast against his arm. Give him a hug. Let him understand how good it could feel to have your body pressed next to his. Let him know you're comfortable with touching, and being touched. That's what your body's for.
If you do this, he will see you as a woman. If what he sees is attractive to him he'll respond as a man. If not, you've still got a friend.
Or you could just take a leap, jump in his lap and kiss him passionately. Quicker results... and flashing him would work too :) pretty hard for him not to notice that.

Make eye contact. A longing look at the right moment that captures the attention of the other person should cause the heart to skip a beat. It says, "I've noticed you and I like what I see."
Strike a pose. But make sure your posture is open and tells the other person you're available. Turn your body completely in the direction of your target.

You want him to notice you? There are a whole bunch of ways:
1) ask him out on a date
2) flash him, with a big smile
3) seduce him
4) take him somewhere private, hand him a condom, say "You're hot! I want you! F**k me now!", take your clothes off, and lie down with your legs apart
None of them are guaranteed to start a relationship, but he will notice any of them.

This is tough because you don't want to do anything to mess up the friendship. He is your boy and you always want to remain that way. Playing games with him he will never get the hint. You need to sit him down and just come clean with him and see his reaction to this. If you flirt with him it will only confuse him.
Just be upfront with him.

i'd just talk to him. you are friends after all. i ask my friends if they like me and if they do, then it's nice that it's established. just say something like... i think i'm starting to have feelings for you.. or whatnot.. be casual. and don't worry too much
