I have heard that women are majorly turned on and highly aroused when their feet are tickled. Is this true?

It really depends on who is tickling the lady and if she is enjoying it or not. If the lady trusts the person who is tickling her and she feels completely safe and comfortable - she may become turned on and possibly climax from the tickling. If she is uncomfortable and unhappy, she will likely feel anger and frustration instead.
I believe that the only acceptable tickling is consensual tickling where all parties involved agree to it and have fun with it.
