They're rarely online. Wills are required to be filed with the Probate Court in the county of legal residence of the decendent. Most courts don't publish websites because of the sheer expense.

To find the record you want, you'll have to contact the Court Clerk and request a copy. If you live close, you can usually go there and view it on film in a court reading room.

What city, county, state? Some of them have online (free) search sites, but you still will need to pay for a copy.
