I know ceramic is the way to go, but what's the best brand that I can buy from like a beauty store or something? Money is no object...unless the money's more than like 150 bucks.

I'd like to hear from the pros. I don't want one that works. I want one that works crazy good. I've used Conair and wasn't impressed. It straightened, but didn't make it shiny & silky.

A ceramic iron is good but I have coarser hair so i find gold plated to work well too. I use Conair but a cheaper unpopular one is good too.

revlon, like 30 bucks at walmart but works just as well maybe even better than ones at the salon. I got it for my hair cause it is really wavy and thick and it heats up in about 15 seconds and it works very well.

Revlon. It gets hair the straightest and makes your hair shiny and silky.
