probably, you could search your entire computer for *.mp3

When it is done searching you can sort by name and filter out the duplicates that way.

most system matenace programs offer duplicate file removal. I use Advanced system Optimizer. Choose what doesn't kill your pocket.

If you have them in iTunes, click "Show Duplicate Songs".
Select the one you want to get rid off, click "Show Song File", delete it from your disk and "Clear" it from your playlist.
