its an old old 51" front projection big screen tv all one peice. its weird and old the screen hooks up to the back of this big box like thing that is the tv and the front opens up and pull forward with the mirror on it. i need any and all info please

From your description you could be describing a projection tv from the 1950s ! it comprised a 2 inch pic tube mounted in an optical box which projected a pic backwards onto a mirror then forward onto a ground glass screen ! The pic tube used very high volts of 30kv, a very bright pic appeared on the tube, if vert or horizontal stopped then a permanent burn mark was instant there were various protection ccts that switched the set off if either time bases stopped. The whole tv used about 30 to 40 vacuum tubes. In those days you had to know what you were doing to repair those .

What is the brand of the TV, you might have to call a TV repair shop to indetify it if you don't have a name and just a serial number, ect.
