If you care about him and you don't want him to go to jail,
not just him but any other older guy your dating that does not know your 13 then you will tel them the truth. Why are you playing with their lives and future, DO you know that if any of these guys get caught dating you that they will end up on the sexual molesters web page of your county. YES it is true.
My cousin will only date a girl after he sees her ID. He goes through all this trouble he has to meet the girls parents and ask how old she is and so on and so forth because this chic lied to him about her age and he almost ended up in jail. Luckily he had not had sex with her or he would be in jail right now.
STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIVES LITTLE GIRL!
I'm sure it is all fun and games to you. But if your lieing to people who's consequence would be jail for even having a conversation about kissing with you don't have respect for these guys or the law or yourself.

try this one
"when i first talked/met you, i was afraid that you will pay attention to my age. So, i told you i'm 16. The truth is, that i'll be 14 in a few months. I know it's a mistake from my side but i was afraid of loosing your company. You have every right to be angry at me about this, but please, dont leave me and think how much we fit together... sorry"
Maybe it works. You MUST tell him the truth of course, and i'm happy that you don't think to go into a relationship which will begin with a lie -which is important-....
Good Luck!

They say what he won't know won't hurt him. I think you should come clean because if he finds out before you really had the chance to, He will be pissed. He may not even want to talk to you again.
Why build a relationship just starting out on a lie.
If he likes you , he will like you for yourself and the age thing won't matter.

You need to tell him asap. You went about the whole situation wrong in the first place. Why would you want to lie about your age to try and get a guy?
