IF HE IS INTERESTED, HE WILL CONTINUE THE CONVERSATION. YOU MAY FEEL UNEASY OR SILLY BECAUSE YOU ARE TRYING TO THINK OF SOMETHING TO SAY. If you know anything you have in common, that's a start. Where did you meet? D o you frequent the same places? Even just the standard hello , just give a shy smile and look into his eyes.
Guys are always quick to pick up on this.

Figure out something the two of you have in common. Then go up and strike up a conversation with him about that topic. It will show your interest in him and it will be a good way for you to get to know him better. Most importantly though, be yourself and be confident. If he doesn't like you then move on and forget about him.

First of all you have to explain "How you know this guy" example neighbour, classmate...
If neighbour borrow some materials from him and then your conversation in progress
If your classmate ask some doubts in your subject
If he is stranger (rapidly meet in street) ask time, obviously he will reply then you say "you looks smart"
your converstaion will start

before even starting the conversation it is imperitive to make eye contact. Men will show their hand very easily when eye contact is made. if the contact is favorable, tell him that you noticed that you were looking at eachother.

I would walk up to him and ask him if he knows a good place to eat dinner. If he says yes then you say well in appreciation of your kindness how about I take you there for dinner as long as you are single.If he says no he does not know where a good place is to eat dinner look at him and say well thanks. If he does not know a good place to eat he is not worth knowing.
