There are things you can do to help. Like, trim your tips every month to 2 months. This will ensure you don't have split end which steals the nourishments from healthy areas. If you get relaxers every six weeks (2 months), cut down to once every 4 months even 2x a year. In between relaxers, just get it straightened with a hair dryer. Use shampoos and conditioners that are more specific towards your needs. You have dry hair, but you want volume, I'd go for shampoo and conditioner suited to treat dry hair instead. Don't use 2-in-1s.
Try Silq products. They are perfect for all hair types and are very worth it. Contact me and i'll give you information about it. As well as the website.

It depends on what kind of hir you have. I say it because I am afro-amer and I just keep my hair healthy. cut off any dead ends(permed) and at healthier, take a multi vitamin and it will grow. I also once used a prenatal vitamins to grow my hair back after a short cut. used a really good condition too nothing cheap( like suave)
If you are not afro-amer than I would know you would have towait for another response

Mane and Tail...its a horse product but it smells really good and it makes your hair grow fast. If you live in a rural community you could find it in a tractor supply or a rural king but if you live in the city i cant help you there
