There isn't one. Forget the Black Friday crap, Black Friday is usually cheap crap sold even cheaper than usual, if that's what you want they have at it. If you want decent stuff (ie home theatre) then you just always have to be looking around. Different brands clearance their products at different times. Samsung just released all their new tvs and so did Toshiba, Sony on the other hand won't be releasing their new lineup until fall.
My suggestion to you, if you're looking for good deals, is to ask questions relating to what kind of product you are looking for and get recommendations. Then using that information to help you pick a handful of possible items to purchase, shop around online until you find the deal you want. On occasion you can find very good deals in stores as well.

The best time is after Christmas and into spring and Summer right before the new stuff comes out. In fact now is a god time ,but then the sale stuff will be the old equipment. As soon as the Consumer Electronic Show is over most prices drop on the old stuff in the stores.

It depends. If you are looking for a great deal on Televisions, I would shop late summer (July or August). This is the time when TV sales are often the slowest and dealers lower prices to increase demand.
The internet has made shopping for electronics great because you can quickly find multiple price deals and choose the best for yourself. I would go to a local Best Buy or Circuit City, look around for products, then search the internet for the best deals. Often times a deal is just waiting for someone to discover it!
But for now, try late summer for the lowest prices, also Holiday sales can be helpful.

Depending on what you are looking for, the best time I would suggest would be about September. The reason being is manufacturers are changing model numbers around to newer series product. You can often get 'last year' or demo units at great savings prior to the store receiving the new products.

Black Friday (day after Thanksgiving). Get up real early and hit some stores (Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Target, ect). It's chaotic but you can get real good deals if you plan ahead with the sale papers.
