I would be worried from exactly what kind of "beast" they were coming from. There are definitely some parts of certain beasts that I would not want my girlfriend to have implanted. Like praying mantis legs.

The only girl I've ever slept with who had breast implants they looked nice from a distance, but hands-on they were really hard and obvious feeling, it was a total turnoff, and she had scars under her breasts. So yes I'd care, I'd be dead set against it
Personally I like small ones just as much as big ones: anything from cupcake to melon is fine, they're all pretty. My only preference is that I prefer sensitive nipples to insensitive ones, because that way be both have more fun.

I reaaaallly hope this is a bad joke, if not you're probably one of the world's worst boyfriends. Put simply, you can't. You have absolutely no say in it and no right to try to force or threaten her with breakup into getting a serious surgery that she clearly doesn't want, nor need, just because you're not happy with the way an aspect of her body looks. I'm honestly very surprised that she didn't break up with you on the spot.

Natural is always better. Plus so many things could go wrong with those implants.

If you like/love her, you should care and say no.
First, there is a health risk. Second, it does not feel natural. Yes, it looks good, but touching it feel like you are holding a balloon.
