The supreme court ruled that the US must educate ALL children within our borders (even though El Paso Still sends school buses to Juarez every day and robs us all of federal monies by colecting for children that live in another country, B.S!).
So why not let that bit of liberalism just bite them in the A$$?
Why not require ALL students to provide evidence of citizenship, residence. and have the principle call immigration on all of the families that cannot prove their legal status?
It sould like a ready made tactic that destroys the governments arguement of 'we cannot find them and don't know where to even start looking'
What do you think?

I AGREE that children of illegal aliens should be educated
IN THEIR HOME COUNTRY! TAKE AWAY YET ANOTHER REASON FOR THEM TO COME HERE! If I was going to a place that refused to educate my kids, I would not go or I would have to leave them there. I would put my children above my own SELFISH goals and dreams!!!!!

I feel your pain and I understand what you are going through.I live in the state of California and my kids' Middle school and High school do not allow any kids from others 'district to attend our schools.Every parents had to have their resident prove at the first 2 weeks before our school start. So we do not have money to give others. But another city they do not check so their school standard are lousy because, they do not have enough money to serve so many children.I hope our government doing something about our illegal friends of 12 million and in my state we really hurt about emergency care that they used up our money.

If it weren't for the imigrants you would not get alot of your vegetables that you go to the store and buy off the shelves! Leave them alone, they are trying to make a living like everyone else...... that's just another distraction that Bush has created to get our (meaning the american people) minds off of what he's doing overseas! The immigrants have basically been here since the dawn of time, so what's the big deal now? We spend all this government money to 'help" the less fortunate countries, but we can't help the ones that come to us, let alone ourselves? What is the deal with that?

The original idea was to provide education for migrant workers' children, not all of whom were foreign, by the way.
The Democrats have played havoc with education in this country since about 1960. They've used educationa as a political vehicle without much answering to the people who pay for it.
The Hispanic Caucus of the Democratic Party certainly doens't want to find and eject those tresspassing in America. Their plan is to make voters out of them.

Egyptians fellows, I have no relation or compassion in any respect with Hisham Talaat Mostafa, i'm additionally a great deal stunned that he must be in contact in this style of case yet I ought to assert that we ought to continually wait till the terrific say of the justice is stated and he's condemned as murderer. Take care that accusing those with no actual insurance could be a sin.

Ummmmm Yummy......I love questions like this Mr. athorgak....LMAO.
Your questions says.....and I quote "why not require ALL students to provide......." OK.....you want a 2nd grade to Pimp out her parents. You did not say......"require all parents....you said students"......my daughter can't sign up for a thing during registration.......do you think THEY can. NEXT.
Our education system is already "trying it hardest" to eduate ALL the children who so desperately need it.....now you want them to police them as well. You are asking an "educator" to DENY and ENFORCE......I don't see any teacher "worth their grain of salt" doing that.
That is what I think

Ever read about that guy down in LA area, who runs a pilot program school who teaches young Hispanics to hate US Americans and to avoid the American culture?
This pilot program is paid for with YOUR/OUR TAX $$$$$$$$!

because children are not responsible for their parents' affairs, and by educating them we accomplish more, maybe teaching them a thing or two, nobody should be denied education, and by far, i think this is the best country to get that from!

I don't think it's the childrens fault their parents brought them here illegally. They never asked for it and shouldn't be punished for what their parents did.Children are innocent.
