Both. Mexican government for not having enough well paying jobs available, and the American government for not having enough programs to assist immigrants in learning English, etc.

Both. However, it is our government's job to stop it, not theirs. We are just letting theirs take advantage of a 'good thing'. If our government ever got serious about stopping it, then I'd start blaming theirs. As it is, though, it brings them tons of money. Why would they stop encouraging it?

-- Except that so much illegal immigration has occurred to such a critical mass that the backlash has well and truly begun. They might have been bright to moderate the load a bit, at that.

The first one to blame is Mexico for not trying to make their country better. It is not American's fault They did not create Mexico's problems. They created their own problems. America has to do what they need to do to take care of their own side of the boarder.

I didn't vote in the Mexican election, so I have to blame the US Gov for not enforcing the laws of the US. Time to change the tide.

i dont see it as a problem.i think the fact that americans as a whole seem to think they own the land, that is a problem.or the fact that we dont want to seem to help out our neighbor as much as the oil filled land that we are trying to take over in the middle east, those are problems.
