This is why baby boys should be circumsized. I can't imagine what it looks like. Could be a lack of lubrication as well. Do you have herpes? That can increase the size of your penis by bloating and swelling it. If you have both, you need to get some medication for the virus and then get an operation sheduled. Unless it is a case of blue balls.
