it should be a quick job if "you're next" means you have to wax the cars when he is done.in that case you have plenty of time for errands later.
if it means he is going to wax you next then i suggest a quick wash first.

Since he's probably all dirty and sweaty, I'd make a run for it!! (ugh)...plus, tell him you'd rather go out for a nice meal - the other can be done any old time (husbands are sooooooo boring!)
