My R-1 visa is for 5 years, but on this first visit I was given 4 months only by immigration to stay and I hope to extend it to 2 more months. Where do I apply? and How? Is it possible online? I am in New York, Long Island

You need to file an I-539 as soon as possible. Here it is in electronic form, with filing instructions.

if u marry a US citizen then i think u become a citizen. check a naturalization website. google naturalization, and u should get a list of government cites.
