Do something to absolutley pamper her and maybe a friend like treating her or them to a spa and later that night you take her out somewhere quiet and to eat and then let the chips fall where they may.

Maybe you could also make yourself something for her for example if you can write a poem or draw her face or even play a little bit of piano for her ... it makes it more beautiful if you be a little bit creative...
