Since I've started using mouthwashe 9over a yr. ago), I've found that my teeth do stay cleaner and whiter. Using it regularly is the key.

There are some mouthwashes with ingredients which are known to whiten teeth, but this is over a long period of usage along with a good dental brushing regimine. Always brush with a good whitening formula and you should notice a difference in about 2-3 weeks.

Results from tooth paste are totally insignificant the best way to whiten your teeth is by using Carbamide Peroxide, this is what dentists actually use and charge £300 per treatment.
We sell this for home use for around £20 and we also sell Laser kits. If you would like to know more please e mail me. or visit www.toothwhitening4all.com
Laser kits produce immediate results and they are inexpensive.
Even if you have not taken care of your teeth you will get amazing results. Just be carefull when parting money with a dentist, its cheaper to do your own at home we supply dentists with the same gels.

No . Only brushing with toothpaste is effective at wiping off the oily residue from coffee and should be done soon after drinking . Utrabrite is the most effective paste to use .

mouthwashes do not stay on the teeth long enough to do substancially anything- i would suggest a sonicare tooth brush. most people use them once a day and use their regular brush the rest of the day.
