Do guys think its retarded when u call them? Theres this guy who gave me his phone number and told me to call him but he didnt answer the 1st 3 times and when he answered he seemed like he didnt know y i was calling him.. plzz help!! :D

it might be that u called him wrong place and wrong time (maybe someone was with him whom he didnt want to show off)
