the fact that you are asking this question tells me that some part of you misses your brother. do you think he might reject you if you try to contact him? chances are he's missing you as much as you are missing him. someone has to make the first step. why not you? after 30 years, does it really matter who's fault it was?

Start talking!!! If you can't remember why then it wasn't that important!! Make a lunch date and don't bring up the past (like the argument, no one was wrong and no one was right) start fresh and talk to each other like friends, forget your related!! You just may find out that he's not so bad!!! Let us know how it goes!

Start talking. You could drop him a note or email asking what the fight was about. If neither of you knows, then you can begin talking about old times. As you get older, you need all the roots you have.
