Yes, I've had an online boyfriend. We've been married now for almost 4 years. He is from another country and we only met once before he came to the U.S. on a fiance visa. It was a very difficult and intense process, but I knew almost instantly that he was the one for me. We chatted online and by phone for a year before we met, then we had a year long engagement. It was a very lonely and trying time, but it did pay off in the end. It was a calculated risk, as with any relationship, but the risk is more when you have more invested as you would need to do with any long distance relationship.

I did. It was a huge mistake. It was so stupid cause it wasn't a real relationship. Like we could't touch each other or anything. Then when I wanted out of it it was hard 2 get out of it. And wat really sucks is after we broke up a saw a pic of her and she was extremely ugly. I don't even consider that relationship a bf/gf relationship. Don't waste ur time w/ one. U never know, It could just be some 40 year old creep pretending 2 be ur age.
