Probably to attract a girl's attention. If a guy is acting dumb around you, he is just trying to be friendly. So if you like him, then do something about it.

guys act dumb so women will think they are dumb .you'd be suprised how easy it is for a woman to give in to a dumb guy.cause once he knows he has you you won't suspect him cheating on you...cause after all he is too dumb to fool you. right?

becsaue try to make you laugh and or no people skills how to be smart so doing dumb thing. I do alot of dumb things because made eveyrone laugh or laugh at me or with me.
