Benihana's shrip...when they cook it they put some butter-lookin stuff on it, but its not butter. What is it?

Its not a probably a butter sauce or msg - its quite simply - Garlic Butter.

i'm not sure, but i know they use a lot of MSG! It tastes good though huh?
