To find out what sound card you have in your pc:
goto start and right click on my computer,
click properties and a dialog box will appear,
choose the hardware tab then click on the device manager,
choose sound/video/game. There you should
find what sound card you have, it will probably
have an alert icon with a red question mark in it.
Cheers!

you want to pass on your gadget manager and examine to work out if there are any yellow question marks in there. If there is one beside a speaker you likely weren't efficient installation the driver. If no longer, examine round your settings and on your interest bar to work out if installation the driver also put in a separate set of controls on your sound that would not look like the traditional little speaker. be certain the driver you placed in is from the Dell website as they each from time to time replace the cardboard to in structure their computer. different drivers would set up effectively yet no longer be properly ideal including your computer.
