I try to focus on something else. I create something good for myself. I put all my energy in my work, my family or my friends. If that is the problem however, I just take some time off to let off the pressure and allow myself to sleep on it. I go to the movies get stuffed with popcorn and see how I feel afterwards.

Allow God to put it back together. That happened to me and I kept seeking him. God is a rewarder of those that diligently seek Him and He has good plans for your life. Turn it over to Him and he is sure to bring you happiness and joy that your cup will overflow. Don't listen to the other answers you got. Check out JoyceMeyer.org. She is great! God bless!

Well, you are still alive, so everything hasn't fallen apart yet. You just take a deep breath, and try again to achieve your goals.

either you let it be and walk away from it never to regret. or else, pick up everything and sew it back together for posterity. if you are lucky it may all join together and with a slight pull, can carry on like nothing happened.

LAUGH!!!
look at the absurdity of your expectations, the situation, the universe, and laugh. It is the difference between a victim and a survivor.

From experience....I'll say this: Whatever happens, no matter what it is...keep in mind the following thought: One day this will be over.....and I will look back at it and say, "oh my gosh....I can't believe I actually made it throught that"......and you know what.....you will have made it. In life we have 2 chioces: to make it...or die......either way.....that's it.

You put it back together, and build it stronger so that it won't happen again. You make sure that there are check-ups in between.
