Both......you should hopefully both feel comfortable in letting eachother know how or what your feeling....if she doesn't agree or if she feels differently, then the worst she can do is simply tell you ....just be honest no matter what...I think a man who is honest and direct is waaaay better than someone who you are desperately trying to figure out.....I know that it's a little awkward but you'll feel better in the end....just go with the flow and see what happens, ya never know...she may beat you to the punch!
Good Luck!

Both need to be upfront and honest about how they feel. If you're both too nervous to say "I care about you, and want more" the relationship will halt because no one will push... or "that's not what gives me the most pleasure in bed" you won't have enjoyable sex which is just another obstacle to a healthy LTR... or "i'm enjoying your company, but not looking to be in a serious relationship right now" and them thinking that you ARE ready, can be a disaster... You need a strong communication as a basis for a stronger relationship. Good luck to you.

The term "job" implies work. This is a feeling, if it is mutual, who cares? At the very least, the truth will be known, right?

Honesty is the best policy. Just get up the nerve and tell her how you feel. It's up to both to help the relationship, not just one party.

I am going thru same situation.. I think LOVE is not about finding the right person, but creating a right relationship. if you are into this person(love) you got to tell her, before tooo late. .... trust me.

its no ones job.... if either one of you have a problem you need to voice that, in a way that isnt going to sound demeaning or argumentative..... just tell her what you feel...... communication is key, dont keep anything inside, it wont work out later on!

It is a shared responsibility. Don't jump into anything too fast. Don't confuse loneliness with love.
