My girlfriend and I are planning on moving in together by the end of the year. Any advice that anyone has as far as living with your girlfriend? Anything I should worry about or keep an eye out for?

She will be curious as to your personal life. Throw away anything related to a past girlfriend or store it at a friends house. I had a former girl's bra hanging in my closet and had to explain this for hours.

Don't do it unless you are absolutly, positively, no questions about it 100% sure that is what you want to do. It could be great and it could be a disaster. Keep an eye out for wanting your feedom, wanting to hang out with friends, wanting to watch what you want to watch on TV, and anything that makes her mad you will hear about everyday. Watch out for her wanting to hang out with friends, wanting her space, wanting to watch something you don't want to watch on TV. Things you need to know-is she a slob or a neat freak (which one are you) do either one of you cook. Think about little things a roommate could do to piss you off. If she does any of these things, then DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!

thats not a good idea... if you want to stay pure before marriage then dont move in together untill you r married. because what seems harmless could lead to premarital sex and that could lead to a lot of other things. thats my advice...good luck!

Very Important: Keep your money separate. No joint checking, banking or charge accounts. If one of you is irresponsibile or angry with the other you could be wiped out financially and your credit rating will be ruined. Again, Very Important!!!

Keep your separate friends and interests. You'll kill each other if you're together 24/7. Allow yourself some time with the boys and her some time with the girls.

Chris wont live with me until we are married, but I would suggest movin in somewhere that only one of you can afford, and only putting one person on the lease, just incase something does happen.
