my vein in my eye popped how do i heel its like a little red spot?

you have to let it heal by itself, try visine to reduce the redness

I would avoid the visine, just in case there is a little damage to the surface of the cornea. The eye is really amazing in that it heals so quickly. If there is broken blood vessel, may take it a few days to reabsorb the blood, but be patient.
