I'd have to say a hamburger that a restaurant near me called Peppy's serves. It's a cheeseburger but instead of a bun it is a Krispy cream donut. Over 1000 calories not including ketchup, mustrad, mayo etc. I don't know how much fat but they say enough that a cardiologist should open a practice in the restaurant.

I think the most calorie-dense food you can eat on its own is ICE CREAM. It consists almost exclusively of cream, whole milk and sugar. Well over 1200 calories in one pint!
What I mean by "eat on its own" is that, for instance, vegetable oil is 100% fat (and a gram of fat has twice as many calories as a gram of sugar), therefore, it would be the most fattening. However, nobody takes pure oil as a meal.
