because i've been eating about 2 packs a day for the last week.

if you dont know a pork scratchings are fried pig skin and fat, hevaly salted and sold in packets like crisps. they are hard and crunchy and tasty as.

There is no such thing as too many! they are soooooo addictive! Just eat them till you cant stand up anymore :)

A pork scratching is the Roasted and Salted Fat of Pork.

Too many can be quite harmful due to the fact that it is pure salt and fat.

I would say that if you have the odd packet or two here and there every few weeks you haven't got anything to worry about, but if you are eating them everyday, then perhaps you ought to consider trimming it down.

they are so....good.........my parents once owned a shop and i used to goto the cash and carry and buy a whole pack of them like the ones hanging in the pubs. I put it up in my room every month and it would last about a week...........Enjoy them while you can, as when we get older and our teeth full out we cant really suck them too death....hahahaha
