I don't know specifically what dirty stuff you're thinking of, but the Community Guidelines do restrict objectionable content. So, Yahoo! has essentially 'promised' people that they won't have to read vulgar things on this site. And, technically, everyone here has agreed not to post obscene things.

People get on their high horse because they have been brought up to know what is right and wrong.It has been drummed in from an early age about morals.They are just trying to put people back on the right path in life.
