Yeah there are certain plants/grasses that release their polen during the evenings and early mornings...have you noticed that when you first wake up you have a runny nose and sneeze quite a bit. It happens to me since I sleep with my windows open at night.

Yes, my allergist said that allergies tend to be worse at night.

it depends on the wind...if there is none, then allergies will be bad...
if there is a wind...you should be alright...but i dont know of anything in the night air that isnt in the day air as well...

It could be mold spores. If it is after you go to bed, it could be dust mites in the bed. The bedding has to be washed in hot water every week.
