I thought it was wonderful when Harry and Ginny started going out. Harry's relationship with Cho Chang in his 5th Year was far from perfect. Although Harry and Ginny are bound to have their disagreements, they would definitely make a better-matched couple. Ginny makes Harry happy and helps relieve him of his stress. However, I think Harry was right (and wrong) in breaking up with Ginny at the end of the 6th book.

I'm glad too ... but considering that people close to Harry have been dying, I hope that Ginny makes it through the final book alive.
Harry Potter and Capt. Kirk could start a club ...

I was hoping that Tonks would show him the ways of the world. But I never expected JKR to follow through on my fantasies.
I'm OK with it -- but in one way it seems a bit incestuous since the Weasleys are the closest thing Harry has to a family.
