Hi

I just started a new job…I am 20 years of age and the girl at the office is 23 and has a boyfriend.

What can I do so that the girl can start liking me and dump her boy friend to become my girlfriend. Anyone got any good ideas? I need some good suggestions, tips and trick to work with to get from a-z

Thanks ye’all

I say back off, i can't see this ending well. She'll be coming off a relationship, getting into one with you. And both of you are working for the same company. oooh, Much better to go out and meet someone new, rather than trying to F*** up your whole situation, all at once.

I don't think you're going about this the right way. As a chick, I think you need to befriend her. Let her vent and complain to you and be her work buddy. If any problems start arising in her relationship, then just keep giving her OBJECTIVE advice. I think trying to screw up her relationship is a bad way to go about things because she'll she your devious side.

1st, hitting on someone at work is dangerous, especially if they aren't interested in you. They could file harassment charges against you and in today's world businesses are taking the claims very serious. I'd suggest focus on simply becoming her friend, if something more comes from it great, but at least your job doesn't become endangered.

If you flirt with her and she flirts back let that go on for a month or so take her out to lunch, dinner, shoes and pay a couple of bills and then she'll be all yours

I don't suggest you do that. If it doesn't work between you two, you'll be stuck seeing each other every day since you work at the same place.

Just be yourself and give it some time. You may see after being around her that you don't even really like her. Get to know her more.

Wow - consider how much you would appreciate it if the roles were reversed between you and this girl's boyfriend.
