One would have to see the dog and run tests to know what that might be, as those are symptoms of many serious maladies.
It could be Parvo, if he isn't up on his shots, or Corona, or an intestinal blockage.
All ailments associated with the symptoms that you describe are serious, and need a vet's treatment.

let's gather up all the possibilities! have u changed his food lately? usually if the dog throws up like that, meaning his digesting system is weak so that's what caused him a very sensitive stomach, i suggest buy a small bag of puppie food since they're more mild and gentle when it comes to digesting and don't give him any snacks or chewing goods until he gets better, check with a local petsmart/petco and buy him a grass plant (ask the staff, it's a medication for animals when they have a sore stomach) it should help because it'll clean out the system, yet help digest the new food. if the situation still doesnt improve within a decent period of time then take him to the vet just to be on the safe side. i hope my advice helped somehow.

sounds serious. I would take the dog to the vet. it could be several things like parvo or giardia if not up on it's shots. the vet will have to run test. Just try to keep the dog hydrated.

He needs to be seen by a veterinarian. Don't listen to any other answers you get on here, other than to call your vet. Call them right away!

It is probably a disease. Or he is sick. Your dog will need to see the doctor.
