What works for me is:

1. Drink 1 pint of water before bed

2. Have at least 6 hours of sleep from when you go to bed 2am wake up at 8am it maybe early but as soon as you wake up you are getting over your hang over.

3. Straight away 2 pain killers and a pint of water again

4. Straight in the shower (water more cold than hot)

5. Brush teeth and gel your hair its a brand new day

6. Make yourself a strong coffee and some cornflakes with a lot of sugar on them and cold milk.

7. Fresh Air and a walk if you come near a shop buy a can of Cherry Cola or Orange Fanta (Has to be chilled)
(This is now a temp hang over cure you will be feeling great)

8. Now dinner is coming make sure you have soup tomato soup with no bread the bread makes you feel bloated and sick.

9. Sleep for about 2 hours

10. Wake up and its gone it’s the end of the day but there is no instant hang over cure unless you drink more alcohol but then that makes you an alcoholic.

First off you should drink a lot of water before going ot be with some form of asprin. Open a beer right before you go to sleep keep it on the night stand all night. When you wake up in the morning drink the beer and head out to the greasy fast food place. Here in California that would be Tommy's and eat a great greasy meal go home take a nap and you should feel better. This method has been proven a tried through my family and all of my friends and I swear by this...

Well I do one of two things... the first option: Before I go to bed I drink as much of a gallon of orange juice and i can and take 4 Advil... I try to drink as close to 1/2 the gallon as I can. The other option, and I know this will sound pretty sick to some... is my buddies and I hit a certain restaurant on our way home and order a saucy burrito, I know it sounds like ****, but trust me the next morning I feel fine. I never ever have a hang over if I do one of those two things.

Not to get that drunk. Quite frankly.

The best cure is still a preventative. Take two aspirins (not tylenol), and a b complex/C vitamin combo along with a big glass of water before bed. As long as you get enough sleep, that will usually prevent the hangover as it puts back into your body all the things drinking takes away.

For now...sleep, water or gatorade, and if you can stomach it, the same vitamins as above.

Eat something with peanut butter in it before you go to bed next time and drink a ton of water. The reason you feel sick is b/c the alcohol dehydrates you.

If you can't do this I heard Menudo works wonders the next day.
