If you are talking about making a person pee by doing this, it has been a known fact for a long time.
It is also why many people get the urge to go when they hear running water. It is why some even do it in the shower. Babies do it in the baby pools.
It is a natural response the body has.

why would you take a pic of it. that doesnt prove anything... you could have just poured water on her and then taken a pic of it.
