Hey everyone, thanks for the answers! I finally got the letter and all they wanted to know was whether i met him thru an international marriage broker or if i had any domestic violence charges against me. All answers no so i just sent it back. I think probably the next i hear from them will be to get the affidavit of support and all that kinda stuff.

call them probab. it needs more impt. documents like how u met, whne did u met, I-864, birth vetificates, divorce certificate (if any) . call them and ask thats' the only way you will know on which particular information they need.

And usually they will ask you for your certificate of singleness in some countries!where u from anyway?

goodluck with your case..and keep calling INS!

Could be something as simple as a form you've forgotten to enclose, or something like that ... it's nothing to be running scared of anyway ....happens all the time ...
