Blackened Salmon with Mango Salsa

Salmon:
6 oz salmon per serving
salt and blackened seasoning

Mago Salsa:
1 jar mangos, chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
3 tablespoon orange juice
1 pepper minced
1/4 teaspoon cumin

Combine ingredients for salsa. Rub salt and seasoning into salmon. Cook salmon in sprayed skillet, 4-6 minutes per side.

How about some garlic herb chicken cooked on the grill along side some fresh corn on the cob, a nice butter herb pasta side dish and some sort of melon? Nice, light, and fresh for a hot day!

Are you looking for something easy? Taco soup, grilled chicken sandwiches on Focaccia bread, and enchiladas (cook the meat in the crockpot... it only takes a few hours on high) are all good. CHeck out allrecipes.com for more ideas.

One of my hubby's favorite dinners is beef and noodles. Or meatloaf with mashed potatoes, broccoli and cheesecake for dessert. I am so hungry...so anything sounds good to me..lol

Steak, mashed potatos, a green, and a beer if he likes that, pop in his fav movie wile u 2 r eatting and he should b putty in ur hands when done.

basically any type of meat...if a meat eater...and very lil veggies..unless he likes them...

very few men are into pasta dishes...or casseroles...but if your man likes em ...that too...

i make a solid piece of meat...and potatoes cooked in all different ways...sometimes i add a carrot and a few greens...pot roast is another man favorite...along with spagetti...only you know what your man likes...so experiment with side dishes...and spices to make every meal different,
