How about some garlic herb chicken cooked on the grill along side some fresh corn on the cob, a nice butter herb pasta side dish and some sort of melon? Nice, light, and fresh for a hot day!

Are you looking for something easy? Taco soup, grilled chicken sandwiches on Focaccia bread, and enchiladas (cook the meat in the crockpot... it only takes a few hours on high) are all good. CHeck out allrecipes.com for more ideas.

basically any type of meat...if a meat eater...and very lil veggies..unless he likes them...
very few men are into pasta dishes...or casseroles...but if your man likes em ...that too...
i make a solid piece of meat...and potatoes cooked in all different ways...sometimes i add a carrot and a few greens...pot roast is another man favorite...along with spagetti...only you know what your man likes...so experiment with side dishes...and spices to make every meal different,
